We had a terrible experience here. Facilities are aging n poor. The service we had was below standard. I hopefully hope it's a one off situation as the heating didn't work and they couldn't get it fixed. We had to checkout .

A very functional hotel. It's very well priced. Clean and looked like recently upgraded room with descent ensuite. Check-in is via sent codes. No other facilities, eg, bar. Restaurant, etc. Well located for town and nearby pub and shops.

-televisio kyllä löytyy, mutta siitä hävisivät ensimmäisen illan jälleen antennin kautta kanavat
-wifi todella hidas, olisiko nopeustesti antanut 3Mb/s. Tämä aiheuttaa sen, että myöskään television muita kanavapalveluita voi käyttää.
-suihkun paine todella heikko. Jos suihkun suuttimen laittaa seinän pidikkeeseen, niin vesi valuu vain suuttimen runkoa pitkin. Kädessä kun pitää niin pystyy peseytymään. Vesi on sentään lämmintä.

Small room, single bed, clean, walls are paper thin. Other than that Okay place to stay for it being cheap, shops downstairs, Dominoes pizza not far, maybe bring ear plugs. As you can hear your neighbours.

I don't like to give a bad review but I feel that if i didn't then others would go here and be very disappointed. Also, whoever owns this hotel might want to put a few things right.
Well you get what you pay for I suppose. Our room was cramped. The paint was peeling off the wall. Thick dust on the fan. The curtains didn't cover all of the window and the cistern dripped all night which was annoying. There was a bizarre fireplace in the bathroom.
Our friends room wasn't much better. They were on the ground floor and said it was very noisy outside all night.

Please don't let bad reviews put you off!!
My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.

Currently in room 9. 2singles. Nice and clean. Nice smell through the hallway. Microwave, fridge, TV and kettle all sound. Radiator and hot water is scalding. Good matress which is rare in budget hotels. Nice and cheap for 2 grafters going halfers. No reception or staff just a fob and key safes with txt instructions. One of the better ones I've stayed in for sure 👍

Sadly my step daughter didnt get to stay in the hotel after she was a victim of a scam we tried to cancel to try and recoup some loses. Sadly this hotel was not interested. She was over the cancellation time by 8 hours and but they were happy take my money and add to the scam. Thank you from an 18 years old that you didn't help when everything else was taken from me. Never trusting this hotel or Booking com again. This Hotel couldn't care what she went through. Thank you for taking my money as well
She was supposed the start an acting course for a week which turned out to be a scam

Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo per una camera con letto matrimoniale ma, appena apro la porta della mia stanza vedo che ci sono due letti separati, il giorno dopo chiamo al responsabile e, mi assicura che avrebbe sistemato subito la cosa, niente, non risponde più al telefono!!!! Ho unito io i due letti singoli per ottenere un letto matrimoniale! Complimenti per la poca serietà del vostro servizio, deludente!!
